Exchange Policy We only provide exchanges in the following situations:
1. If you receive a different Book than the one ordered.
2. If the product you receive is damaged.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product at arihantca9@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the received product.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for an exchange of the correct or undamaged product. Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange. Once the exchange is approved the product will be re-delivered to you within 7-10 days
